We ship orders within Germany for a flat-rate shipping fee, which is displayed at checkout.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information.

We ship to selected EU countries.
Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.

Please note:
Customs or import duties may apply and must be paid by the customer.

For returns within Germany, we provide a pre-paid return label.

Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
